Sporting activity is encouraged at Phyllis Court Club and there are a number of sports available for members to participate in.
Phyllis Court has a long tradition with the game of tennis and provides four all weather hard courts for members of all standards to utilise. Two of the courts are floodlit for use throughout the year at any time.
A wide range of social and competitive tennis, coaching and social events can be enjoyed at the Club.
One of Phyllis Courts main assets is its location on the river. Many members take advantage of this by joining our rowing section.
Novices and experienced rowers are welcome with an experienced member of the section available to offer assistance to newcomers.
Phyllis Court provides a very active Croquet section where play for all levels of experience is encouraged on four excellent courts.
Both Association and Golf Croquet are played at the Club as well as many social events to be enjoyed throughout the year.
Individuals who are members of Phyllis Court Club in addition to being a recognised member of a Golf Club are able to join the friendly golf section. Section members can enjoy playing six venues each year, for example, Beaconsfield, Calcot Park, Gerrards Cross, Badgemore Park, Goring and Streatly and Sand Martins. An afternoon round of golf is played, followed by dinner at the Golf Club.
There is also an away break at a hotel with golf and leisure facilities in the autumn.
The match play table often in high demand is available to reserve online or via Reception. There are a variety of tournaments throughout the year to suit all levels of abilities.
The Club boasts a large dance floor and tuition for both Ballroom and Latin American dances is provided for a range of abilities.
